Nairobi Yearly Meeting (NYM)
Friends Church (Quakers), Nairobi Yearly Meeting was established on 3rd May 1987. The organization is a constituent member of the Friends Church in Kenya (FCK). Our Head Quarters is located at Friends International Centre, Ngong Road, Nairobi.
Our primary objective is to preach the Gospel of God’s love and salvation through Jesus Christ to all mankind. Our churches are located in most parts of Kenya. Are you looking for a church that is worshiping God in spirit and truth? Come worship with us at any of our churches.

Our Lord Jesus Christ says, “you are my friends if you do what I command you” (John 15:14). We have friendly church groups created to facilitate the needs of all generations in the church. It is good to join our friends in this groups.
Quaker Men
The Quaker men department provides a forum for men to fellowship together and supports church development in various ways.
USFW
Are you a woman with purpose? Do you need to be part of a group of women who care for one another and offer support to one another in various ways? United Society of Friends Women (USFW) is inviting you to grow with them.
NYAFP
We are created to live a lifestyle of worship and be the light of the world. Join this energetic and passionate group in discovering your purpose and know God better. Every youth is welcomed to Nairobi Young Adults of Friends Program (NYAFP).
Sunday School
We have a wonderful place for children to learn about their creator – God. The bible is useful for correction, rebuke, reproof, and training (2 Tim 3:16).

COMMISSIONS
Mission Commission
This is the evangelistic arm of the Nairobi Yearly Meeting and is charged with the duty of preaching the gospel to every person in obedience to the command of Jesus Christ.Constitution Commission
This is the standing Commission on all matters concerning the Constitution of the Nairobi Yearly Meeting and any other regulations made there -under.Education Commission
The Education Commission is responsible for the initiation and supervision of Education of Children, youth and adults. It is responsible for Sunday schools, days schools, friends youth, vacation Bible schools, clubs, camping and retreats, and church library.Literature & Publication Commission
The Literature and Publication Commission is responsible for guidance to local Churches in vocal and instrumental music, in poetry and drama, in visual arts and crafts and other creative activities by and for the Church. It also directs the production of print and other media.Service Commission
The Service Commission is responsible for all institutions and projects initiated directly by the Nairobi Yearly Meeting; initiated by the Local Churches or Monthly Meeting or transferred to the Nairobi Yearly Meeting by Friends (Quakers) registered Trustees Kenya.Social Commission
The Social Commission provides programmes for physical assistance to those in need, whether members or not. It recommends and promotes special relief and development projects.Finance & Stewardship Commission
